Auto Rental Agreement

• Minimum 10-Night stay required

• Offer limited to 28 days

• Primary driver age 21 and above

• Must hold valid national driver’s license

• Must possess personal credit card (No AMEX) for damage deposit

• Economy or compact car only

• Maximum of 500 KM per week

Effective Mar 2014; if you have not converted your US coverage to European coverage, your rental vehicle is NOT AUTOMATICALLY COVERED. If unsure, please call them toll free at 00-800-531-81110.

Car rental customer responsible for:

Any damages to the vehicle or other property | Injuries to occupants, bystanders or other drivers | Fuel costs.  Customer returns rental with full fuel tank | Traffic violations/Towing /Parking fines/et al | Insurance /Additional Insurance | Excess Mileage | Theft or break-ins.  Agreement assumes customer is covered under personal auto policy | Costs incurred above/beyond the daily rental rate will be borne solely by the customer and charged to credit card maintained on file by the rental agency
THE ALTES BRAUHAUS ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE OR INJURY TO PROPERTY, PERSONS OR ANIMALS
