Auto Rental Agreement

• Minimum 10-Night stay required

• Offer limited to 28 days

• Primary driver age 21 and above

• Must hold valid national driver’s license

• Must possess personal credit card (No AMEX) for damage deposit

• Economy or compact car only

• Maximum of 500 KM per week

Effective Mar 2014; if you have not converted your US coverage to European coverage, your rental vehicle is NOT AUTOMATICALLY COVERED. If unsure, please call them toll free at 00-800-531-81110.

Car rental customer responsible for:

Any damages to the vehicle or other property | Injuries to occupants, bystanders or other drivers | Fuel costs.  Customer returns rental with full fuel tank | Traffic violations/Towing /Parking fines/et al | Insurance /Additional Insurance | Excess Mileage | Theft or break-ins.  Agreement assumes customer is covered under personal auto policy | Costs incurred above/beyond the daily rental rate will be borne solely by the customer and charged to credit card maintained on file by the rental agency | Customer responsible for the return of the rental car to the car rental agency
